Michelle Hansen

Michelle has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1992. Michelle has worked in all facets of Real Estate, Sales and Property Management Administration, Reception and as a Property Manager.

Michelle worked in the Inner West for 21 years as a Property Manager until joining the team of Ray White Macarthur Group in 2013 as a Property Manager. Michelle was one of 5 property managers and as the Company has grown Michelle has advanced to her current position of Trust Accounts Administrator.

Over the last 4 years Michelle has watched the Property Management Department of Ray White Macarthur Group expand to become one of the areas leading Agencies and is excited to be part of this organisation as it continues to grow.

Michelle is dedicated to our Company and provides ongoing support to our Property Management Team.

Michelle’s role as Trust Account Administrator includes maintaining both our Property Management and Sales Trust Account. Disbursing funds to Owners and Creditors, processing Tenants rental payments, end of month payments, bond reconciliation and the general day to day task of managing a Trust Account. Michelle assists in property settlements for Vendors and Purchasers.

Outside of work Michelle enjoys camping with family and friends.
